Description: Maple Leaf Dentistry is expanding and opening an additional full-time position for a Denture Lab Technician. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in precision, and can consistently meet deadlines. This position does not involve patient interaction and is not part of our CAD/software department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, repair, and modify removable dental prosthetics (dentures, partials, etc.)
- Perform hands-on lab tasks including setup, processing, finishing, and polishing
- Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout all stages of denture production
- Work independently to meet daily and weekly production timelines
Qualifications:
- Follow lab protocols and ensure a clean, organized workspace
- Previous dental experience required, preferably with removable prosthetics
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, organized, and deadline driven
