Community Employment Resource Partnership

WDB works to address the local labour market issues within the local communities based on trends identified by the labour market planning process. This is achieved by creating a wide range of programs, activities and communication through local partnerships, including the Community Employment Resource Partnership (CERP).Community Employment Resource Partnership (CERP) was formed in 2007 to provide a forum to explore issues, share and create solutions relating to employment strategies in each of the CERP service areas. Comprised of a group of employment and training organizations, CERP is committed to enhancing service to individuals, businesses and the community as a whole.
Partnerships have been established in the areas of the City of Kawartha LakesHaliburton CountyPeterborough City and County, and Northumberland County.
