A new guide released today by Workforce Development Board/Local Employment Planning Council (WDB/LEPC) details entrepreneurship supports available in Peterborough, Northumberland, Kawartha Lakes, and Haliburton. The publication includes listings of numerous organizations and programs in those communities.
This guide, titled ‘Charting a Course’, provides easy access in one listings section, with a focus on local and provincial programs and services geared towards entrepreneurship, including information for local businesses and trade organizations.
The guide provides a number of tips for entrepreneurs looking to start a business, with information on community resources to help individuals from concept to business planning, registration, and beyond.
