The project is designed to help employers navigate a number of issues that may have an impact on the  local labour market. The guides are an opportunity for employers to find information on disability and accessibility; diversity and inclusion; gender and sexuality; managing different generations; mental health and mental illness; and substance abuse and addictions.

The guides provide information and resources, along with best practices, that will help employers ask critical questions of their workplace, and find best practices to support the needs of an increasingly diverse local workforce.
