Making Ontario Accessible for People with Disabilities

Jenn Harrington, Director of Programs, has been giving a presentation on the Accessibility for Ontarions with Disabilities Act, 2005. This presentation is to inform businesses and organizations about the first standard that has been developed. Businesses must comply with the Customer Service Standard no later than January 2012.
