Two students from the post-graduate Advertising and Marketing Communications program, Aiden Beattie and Alana Smith, created brand awareness for the Workforce Development Board through the implementation of various communication strategies and tactics. A third student, Amanda Reid, also assisted in the project as a consultant.On April 21, 2009 at the annual School of Business, Computing and Hospitality Showcase at Fleming College, Aiden and Alana displayed and presented their applied project to judges, educators and business people within the community, including Fleming College President, Tony Tilly. At the end of the night they were awarded the "Best of Showcase" award. Congratulations Aiden and Alana! A job well done.
