Secretariat (Board of Directors) – provides support for the following areas:
- Administration (organizing and facilitating meeting, events, etc.)
- Labour Market Information collection, analysis & dissemination to local community stakeholders
- Stakeholder liaison, engagement and partnership building
Central Planning Table – composed of key community representatives (such as service providers, employer groups, different levels of government) that provides oversight to subject matter working groups.
